-Half cup of raspberries
-Half cup of blueberries
-One cup of strawberries

4-Banana strawberry iced smoothie

5-Banana blackberry smoothie
This is a great pre-exercise drink that can be made from the following ingredients:
-Chop two mature bananas
-Three quarter cup of Greek yogurt
-15mls (one tablespoon) of honey
-A cup (240mls) of milk
-Fresh black berries (two cups)
6-Banana breakfast smoothie
The following ingredients are needed to make this smoothie:
-Chop two ripe bananas
-Two peaches
-225 grams (8 oz) of tinned pineapple
-One third of a cup of chopped garlic
-One handful of crushed oats
-240mls (one cup) of milk
7-Banana egg smoothie
